Sameera received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Pharmacy from University of Mumbai in 2014 and 2016 respectively. During her master’s degree, she worked as a Research Scholar in the University of Pittsburgh to carry out a research project on the shape-dependent antioxidant effect of metal oxide nanoparticles on cancerous cell line. She joined University of Connecticutas a PhD student in August 2016 and her current research focuses on experimental validation of fluidized bed dryer simulation and application of machine learning for complex pharmaceutical dosage forms.
